I lost 40kg eating rice and chicken every day.

Tried keto, lasted three weeks. Tried fasting, was angry at everyone by noon. Turns out the answer was embarrassingly simple: know your numbers, eat a lot of the right food, go gym three times a week. Here's everything I figured out.

I was 120kg at 34. No health problems yet, but I could feel them coming.

I tried keto. Lasted three weeks. I tried intermittent fasting. I lasted longer but I was miserable and snapping at people by 1pm. What actually worked was boring: eat less than you burn, eat food that keeps you full, go to the gym three times a week. That's it. This blog is just me writing down exactly what I did.
