This bowl beats every other cha chaan teng breakfast by a wide margin. Ham macaroni is 320. Buttered toast with a fried egg is 427. Satay beef noodles are 667. Chaan daan min sits at 680 to 785, and unlike those, over half the calories come from fat. CFS found 12g of saturated fat and 190mg of cholesterol in one bowl, which is most of a day's worth before 9am.
All three parts are fried. The instant noodle cake is deep fried at the factory, so a 90g packet is already about 390 calories and 15g of fat before anything touches it. Two slices of luncheon meat (60g) fried in the pan are around 190 calories and 17g of fat. The fried egg is 100. There is no ingredient in this bowl that is not oily, which is why the number is so far above ham macaroni that uses the same broth.
The set makes it worse. A breakfast set adds a buttered bun or toast (250) and a hot milk tea (110), so the full tray is over 1,000 calories. That is half of a 2,000 calorie day sitting in front of you at 8am, with only 22g of protein. If you eat this every workday, that is around 3,500 calories a week over what a macaroni breakfast would cost you, which is roughly half a kilo of body fat a month with nothing else changed.
