Ayam geprek is fried chicken with a thick crunchy crust, the same style as the fast food chains, and the crust is the problem. A 150g piece is about 340 calories before sambal, and 27g of that is fat. Compare that to ayam bakar at about 290 for a similar piece. The flour coating soaks up oil like a sponge, then the smashing breaks it up so it soaks up the sambal oil too.
Sambal bawang is raw chili and garlic, but it is made by pouring hot cooking oil over the paste. A 20g spoon is about 55 calories, and the geprek stall smashes the chicken in it, so you eat every drop. Level 10 pedas does not change the calories, it just changes how fast you eat the rice to cool down.
The full order is Rp 12,000 to 20,000 with rice, and that is the 655 calorie version. Ayam geprek keju adds melted processed cheese, about 60 calories per slice and most places use two, so 800 total. Geprek with telur adds 75. Geprek mozzarella is a 900 calorie plate.
For 395 calories you get 26g protein, which is fine. The issue is the fat, about 60% of the calories. Nobody is eating this for the protein; it is a comfort meal.
